MUNICIPAL|BFL 4400ANOutstanding advantages of the product:
* Application of industrial/municipal wastewater in chemical or food processing plants (winery, brewery, rubber processing, ect.)
* Degradation of cellulose, amylase, protease, lipase proteins, carbohydrates and fats.
* Degradation of organic matter to organic acids and thus improving the conversion to methane in a highly effective and environmentally acceptable way.
* In food processing plants, use other BFL 5050BS product to remove Bulking sludge before starting a dosing programme using BFL 4400AN. Another case, if there is bad odour problems arising from H2S, therefore BFL 5700SO is required.
* In industrial chemical plants and other Industries, use BFL 4400AN for the anaerobic stage and then BFL 5200VP and BFL 5400GC for the aerobic stage. There can also be bad odour problems due to H2S so BFL 5700SO may be required.
* Microbes work under anaerobic conditions and as facultative aerobes.
The anaerobic digestion process consists of two separate phases - Phase I and Phase II.
